All teaching staff at TIPS are required to pass a comprehensive educator’s course from ChildSafeguarding.com to ensure they are well equipped to recognize and respond to safeguarding concerns. The course is refreshed every two year. Additionally, every staff member is required to thoroughly review the school’s Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy and sign the Code of Conduct, confirming that they have read and understood the policy's guidelines and expectations. This process ensures a shared commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all students.
