On January 27th, our 7th and 8th grade students set off on an exciting science field trip to the National Museum of Nature and Science with Ms. Marcello and Mr. Visser for the special exhibit “The Big Five,” which explores the five major mass extinctions in Earth’s history and how they shaped life on our planet. Students were curious, engaged, and full of great questions as they discovered fossils, timelines, and fascinating scientific stories. Everyone had a great time, learned something new, and we’re already looking forward to our next adventure outside the classroom!
