TIPS 12th graders got a look into the real world on Wednesday, November 24th, when Lt. Colonel Patrick "Rory" Tibbals paid a visit to their American Government class. Lt. Colonel Tibbals explained the functions of diplomacy and his day to day responsibilities in the Air Force at the US Embassy in Tokyo. His presentation was followed by a Q&A session and it ended with an exchange of gifts with students receiving pens, official pads and coins from the embassy.
